Meet Will

Will Shindell was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where his passion for real estate and customer service took root. With a background in both  Hospitality and property management, Will has extensive experience working in and around luxury real estate and a keen ability to anticipate and meet the needs of his discerning clients. 

After completing his International MBA at Florida International University in 2020, Will took his skills to KWPMC, a regional standout in property management. During his time there, he thrived in some of Miami's most luxurious condominiums, leading lifestyle teams and curating unforgettable experiences and programming for residents. This role solidified his understanding of the upscale condominium market. 

Will leads the PropertySmart Real Estate team in the luxury condominium space representing buyers and sellers in what is undoubtedly one of the most dynamic luxury markets in the country. Buyers, sellers, and investors alike will appreciate his passion for delivering tailored solutions that ensure clients receive attentive service and a seamless experience throughout every step of their real estate journey. 

With high-level proficiency in French and Spanish, Will deeply appreciates the historical and multicultural intricacies that make each of Miami's neighborhoods unique. Whether exploring art galleries at Viernes Culturales in Calle Ocho, continuing his ongoing quest to find the best Lechon in Miami, or scoping out a music pop-up in Allapattah, Will embraces the diversity that makes Miami a city unlike any other.
