Yet they made it seem almost effortless, providing expert advice on how to touch up the property to maximize its attractiveness, and then overseeing its implementation. Once that was completed, they did a fantastic job with the listing's photography and virtual staging. They also had multiple creative ideas to generate additional buzz (including a targeted mailing and reception).
